Cupping

Cupping is an ancient form of soft tissue therapy which has been made popular through its recent use by high profile Olympic Swimming Champion Mark Phelps.

This alternative therapy involves the negative pressure applied to muscle and soft tissues through suction cups placed directly onto the skin. The therapy is generally used for relaxation of muscles and pain relief.
