Do I need a GP referral for physiotherapy?

No referral is needed. You can book directly, though we also accept referrals from GPs and consultants.

Yes. We work with major insurers including BUPA, AXA, Aviva, Medicash, and Westfield Health. Please check your policy before booking.

We help patients with back pain, neck pain, shoulder injuries, arthritis, sports injuries, neurological conditions, paediatric MSK issues, vestibular disorders, women’s health physiotherapy, dietitian services, rehabilitation psychology and more.

Most initial consultations last 45 minutes, including assessment and treatment. Follow-up sessions are typically 30 minutes. However longer appointments can be arranged for complex conditions or where clients need extra time due to language barriers or cognitive impairments such as learning disability.
