Jude Blackman

After graduating from University of Worcester in 2021 with a degree in Sport and Exercise Science, Jude relocated to Liverpool to pursue opportunities within healthcare and rehabilitation and went on to complete a Masters in Physiotherapy at the University of Portsmouth. Jude now works as a qualified physiotherapist with a particular interest in musculoskeletal injuries and sports rehabilitation.

As a former elite badminton player competing at a high national level, Jude understands the physical demands of exercise and training. He takes a practical and personalised approach to rehabilitation, combining evidence-based treatment, movement analysis, and tailored gym-based rehabilitation programmes to help individuals return to activity with confidence and improved performance. Alongside sports rehabilitation, he treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and has a particular interest in supporting runners and running-related injuries.

Jude has gained experience across both NHS and private healthcare settings, including orthopaedic trauma, critical care and hydrotherapy. This broad clinical background allows him to support patients through all stages of recovery, from acute injury management to return-to-sport rehabilitation and long-term performance goals. Passionate about helping people return to the activities they enjoy, Jude is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care that improves confidence, movement, and overall wellbeing.
