Rebbecca Bowden

Rebecca graduated her Honours in Physiotherapy in Liverpool in 2021 and has since built her career specialising in musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy within the NHS, alongside developing her private practice.

Throughout her NHS career, Rebecca has worked across a range of specialist MSK rotations, giving her a broad and well-rounded understanding of musculoskeletal injuries and rehabilitation. Alongside this, her passion for sport and exercise has led her to develop a particular interest in sports rehabilitation and helping people confidently return to the activities they love.

Sport is a huge part of Rebecca’s own life. She competes in athletics as a 200m and 400m sprinter, giving her first-hand experience of the physical and mental challenges that come with injury, time away from sport and returning to performance. She has a particular interest in running injuries and describes herself as a specialist running physiotherapist, while also enjoying working with a wide range of sporting injuries and return-to-sport rehabilitation.

Rebecca’s approach is personal, understanding and individualised. She combines her clinical experience with her own experience as an athlete to create rehabilitation that is tailored to each person, their goals and their lifestyle. She understands the frustration that injury can bring and the importance of feeling confident in your body again.
