Sarah Harvey

I am a specialist Neurological Physiotherapist here at Merseyside Health. I also work in NHS neuro rehab services at The Walton Centre. I am passionate about helping people regain confidence, improve movement, and achieve the goals that matter most to them. I have worked with individuals living with a wide range of neurological conditions, supporting them through every stage of their rehabilitation in both community and clinical settings.

I am qualified in the Bobath Concept, but my approach is rooted in functional, evidence-based rehabilitation. Rather than focusing on techniques alone, I believe therapy should be meaningful, goal-oriented, and centred around real-life activities. I tailor every rehabilitation programme to the individual’s priorities and potential. I understand that every neurological journey is unique. My aim is to provide compassionate, personalised care that empowers people to overcome challenges, maximise their abilities, and improve their quality of life.

Outnumbered by boys at home, I added four hens to even the odds (they’re far better listeners). I love swimming and yoga whenever life allows it. My favourite hobby is chatting to new people, especially if the conversation drifts towards the philosophical kind of random questions that keep you awake at 2 a.m….No pressure if you just want to book in for Rehab, I can do that also.
