Naomh graduated from Edge Hill University in 2019 with a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy. During her studies, she gained experience working within rugby and football, including pitch-side first aid and injury management. However, having previously volunteered within both neurological rehabilitation and hospice settings, Naomh was particularly drawn to clinical practice and supporting people through injury, pain and changes in physical function.

Alongside her professional experience, Naomh’s own experience of living with a chronic spinal injury has helped shape her clinical approach and led her to develop a particular interest in pain and injury management. Her practice focuses on understanding the individual rather than simply treating a diagnosis, combining hands-on treatment, rehabilitation and education to help patients better understand their bodies and work towards meaningful, achievable goals.

Throughout her career, Naomh has worked with people from a wide range of backgrounds and abilities, from wheelchair users and those managing long-term conditions to recreational athletes and Olympians. She is passionate about providing individualised, evidence-informed care and creating a supportive clinical environment in which every patient feels listened to, understood and actively involved in their treatment.
